My experience with Southern Precision Homes couldn't have been better! The planning and all work was done well on schedule. We were given a much upgraded roof in a single day. At every step of the process we were kept well informed as were our neighbors who might be affected by the noise. The workmen were tireless, polite, and cleaned up all mess by sundown. Getting a new roof was truly an excellent experience from beginning to end, and the company was highly recommended to us by two neighbors across the street who also have Southern Precision roofs.

He knows the ins and outs of the insurance industry and can work with you to file a claim if that is what you need. He even met with the Claims Adjuster who came out to inspect my daughter's roof and pointed out all the wind and hail damage to the roof. His crew showed up on time and worked to get the roof replaced and the property cleaned up all in one day.

I requested a roof inspection and Zack was quick to communicate and respond with an appointment time that was convenient for me. He asked a few questions, explained everything he would be looking for, then proceeded to do a thorough inspection which included a video of his findings. Afterwards, he gave several suggestions for preventative maintenance and did not try to pressure us into any unnecessary roof work, but gave our roof a good health report! I can’t express my appreciation for the quality of work performed on my house. I had an emergency leak after a bad storm and a tree scrapped my roof. They showed up that very evening I called and came back in 1 hr to start the work. Great price and very polite.

I was very concerned about the claims process as far the insurance... They made it simple and were thorough, highly knowledgeable and made the claims process super easy. They made it a pleasant experience considering how panicked I was about the leak.

Seth @ Southern Precision Homes was very personable and very thorough. I had a small roof leak. Seth inspected the roof and recommended some basic preventative maintenance as well. I didn't know that the roofing sealants don't last as long as the roof itself, but he did. So, he resealed the roof including exposed nails, vents, etc. He also cleaned and applied anti-rust coating to the vents and chimney trim. I truly believe that additional care will extend the life of my roof and prevent other small issues that might have popped up without it. I appreciate the "do it right" and "better safe than sorry" attitude when it comes to something as important as my roof.
